Chicken MeatBalls

Try this easy recipe for your family and be sure to have smiling faces at the table at lunch or dinner time! You can use chicken, turkey or beef for these meatballs and add them to some pasta with tomato sauce and you're set for National Meatball Day! Serves 2


1 pound ground chicken

2 tablespoons soya sauce

1 egg, beaten

1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and Pepper, to taste


1. Preheat over to 425 degrees F.

2. Mix chicken, egg, bread crumbs, cheese, garlic, soya sauce, salt and pepper. Roll into 1 1/2inch medium-sized meatballs and place on a nonstick cookie sheet greased with olive oil. Bake balls 12-15minutes, until no longer pink.

3. Remove from oven and enjoy.
