Tortellini Alfredo

Is there anything more comforting than a creamy cheesy Alfredo sauce and pasta? Tortellini Alfredo is a super simple recipe using few ingredients that bring BIG and happy smiles to the table.

Serves 4


2/3 cup Heavy Cream

1.5 tablespoons butter

2/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated

1 package Tortellini, cook as directed


  1. Over medium-high heat, melt butter in a medium saucepan and slowly add heavy cream stirring constantly.

  2. Once sauce begins to boil and sauce thickens a bit, add a 1/3cup parmesan cheese continuing to stir until the cheese is well-incorporated.

  3. Add cooked tortellini to the pan and stir.

  4. Add remaining 1/3cup parmesan cheese and stir to incorporate well.

  5. Serve and enjoy.
